Yeah! A New Firm Workout!

I was pretty excited after watching the 4 minute clip of this new workout Firm Ignite Calorie Burn! I've heard that their new workouts are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).  This is the first one that I have found being released separately.  It's on preorder right now to be released at the beginning of March.

I just received this DVD and did it on Friday! All I can say is WOW! It's two great workouts. I did both 20 minute workouts back to back and burned about 360 calories! My body is really feeling this workout a day later, as I am pretty sore! I also found out that all of the Firm Express workouts will be released to retail this way: 2 to a DVD. The other DVDs will be released in September and December of 2011 and March, September and December of 2012.
